Insurance and Payments
PROOF OF COVERAGE/INSURANCE: We will require a copy of your current proof of insurance/Medicaid every time you are seen in our clinic. We are unable to process your claim without it; and if you cannot provide proof of insurance coverage at the time of service, you will be treated as a self-pay patient.
PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF VISIT: If your insurance company recognizes Texas Tech OB/GYN physicians group as a network provider, then you are required to pay your co-pay and/or deductible/coinsurance at the time services are rendered.
